Our Legacy
Unreal Nightmare wasn't built overnight.
Founded in 2010, UrNm began as a grassroots Call of Duty team with a simple goal: compete, improve, and build something worth believing in. What started as a handful of players grinding online ladders quickly grew into a recognizable name within the competitive CoD community, earning invitations to major events and making appearances at some of the biggest LAN tournaments in North America.
As the organization matured, so did its ambitions. UrNm expanded beyond Call of Duty, taking its first steps into new esports titles and embracing the ever-changing competitive landscape. Every roster, every tournament, and every new title helped shape the identity we've carried ever since - a player-first organization focused on giving talented competitors an opportunity to succeed.
One of the defining chapters in our history came in Halo. Our roster competed at multiple Halo Championship Series (HCS) Majors, culminating in an appearance at the Halo World Championship, cementing UrNm's place on the global stage and proving that our teams could compete alongside some of the best organizations in esports. From there, we continued to evolve.
We entered the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) ecosystem, supporting professional players competing at the highest level while expanding our reach into one of esports' fastest-growing titles. The experience reinforced what has always driven us - finding ambitious players and helping them pursue championships.
Today, our newest passion lies in Rainbow Six Siege. With a roster competing in the Asia Pacific League (APL), we're investing in one of the world's most competitive regions while continuing to build an organization capable of succeeding across multiple esports titles. At the same time, we're actively expanding into additional games, developing creators, and forging partnerships that will help fuel the next era of Unreal Nightmare.
Built Through Every Era
Over the last 15+ years, UrNm has never chased trends - we've chased opportunity. From late-night Call of Duty scrims in 2010, to Halo World Championship appearances, ALGS competition, and international Rainbow Six, every chapter has been driven by the same philosophy: Find talented people. Give them a home. Help them become champions.
The next chapter is already being written.
